iPhone 4S Siri port to iPhone 4 project turns to be really confusing there, one side we are hearing that it is possible to port the Siri into iPhone 4 and Apple has not develop the Siri especially for the A5 processor devices means it can work on A4 devices to like iPhone 4 and on the other side we also got words that the port will require some Apple Software piracy and therefore hackers avoiding the port to make public.
iPhone 4S Siri

While all the stuff seems to be bit confusing the folks right over 9to5mac has just reported that they are working with a developer Steven Throughton-Smith to port the iPhone 4S Siri into Apple’s old generation iPhone 4, they have claimed that the iPhone 4S voice command system is successfully ported to the iPhone 4 this morning after installing the iPhone 4S Siri and Springboard files into the iPhone 4, which means they are also doing some “piracy” of the Apple Software. But not to make the port public they just experimenting with iPhone 4S Siri on iPhone 4.
Siri Ported On iPhone 4
As you can see above in the image, an iPhone 4 is running a Siri and all the interface loads up properly with all of the features. According to them the iPhone 4 Siri can perform all the tasks which exclusively Apple limited to the iPhone 4S. Siri on iPhone 4 can recognize the all spoken commands just like iPhone 4S and also supports keyboard Dictation view. But there is little problem which does not allows Siri to do full work on iPhone 4, if you have noticed above in the image. The Siri says error in your connection above in iPhone 4 image. According to their research, Apple is not authenticating the Siri commands to its servers from the iPhone 4 hardware.
At the current stage the iPhone 4 Siri can also speak back to the user but the overall performance of the app is bit slower than the iPhone 4S and that’s because of the iPhone 4S new special GPU driver which allows it produce amazing graphics. Well the biggest news is that we can run Siri on iPhone 4 or other old generation devices and there is no technical reason for Apple to leave the iPhone 4 behind in the dark.
