Samsung Files a Case To Ban Apple’s iPhone 4S Sales

Just two days after the launch of Apple’s iPhone 4S, it seems that Samsung is start taking actions against Apple’s iPhone 4S sales, as they have announced before through the upper level executive interview to the publications that they will seek permanent ban on Apple’s iPhone and iPad devices after the launch of the new iPhone 4S.
With the Monday morning Samsung has stepped up to take legal action against the new devices of Apple and fills a new series of patent infringement case against the new iPhone 4S. According to the The Wall Street Journal, Samsung has filed a preliminary injunctions request both in Tokyo District Court and in the New South Wales Registry, Australia to stops the sales of the Apple’s new iPhone 4S in these countries.
Last week we have seen Samsung had filed similar injunction requests in France and Italy against the sales of the iPhone 4 and iPad 2 in Japan. The legal battle between two companies getting worst, Samsung had already lost many requests for the ban on the sales of Apple’s iOS devices in different lands. But still they are acting up as a real innovator of these technologies, which Apple has introduced. Apple has already won many preliminary injunctions requests against Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia.
